EXPERIENCE

Mr. Rehman is currently the Project Engineer and materials specialist at Haghbin & Associates Ltd. with over 20 years of professional experience. Mr. Rehman is responsible for supervising and managing bridge and structure condition survey and OSIM inspection.

 

Masood has extensive experience in detailed bridge condition surveys and the inspection of pedestrian and roadway structures according to Ontario Structure Inspection Manual (OSIM) and Ministry of Transportation Structural Rehabilitation Manual. He has been directly involved (either as a team member or team leader) in more than 300 detailed bridge condition surveys for Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) and various clients in Ontario in recent years.

Condition Surveys of Bridges and Culverts 

• MTO 2019-E- 0007- Detailed Bridge Deck Conditions Surveys of 9 Bridges along Hwy 401 in MTO Central Region (2019).

• MTO 4019-E-0008 - Detailed Bridge Deck Conditions Surveys of 11 Bridges in MTO Eastern Region, four (4) in East Area and seven (7) in the West Area (2019).

• MTO 3017-E-0006-003- Detailed bridge condition surveys of three (3) structures Highway 21 for MTO West Region, ON (2019).

• Detailed condition survey of the Bayview Avenue Bridge over Don River (ID 285) in City of Toronto. The bridge is an eight-span twin structure (total deck area 7800 m2) (2019).

• Norfolk County detailed Bridge Condition Studies 2019 - This assignment involves a detailed bridge condition surveys of the following structures: Big Creek Bridge (981602) and Victoria Street Bridge (000004).

• Limited Condition Surveys of Allen Road Under Lawrence Avenue bridge (ID 197), TTC station, City of Toronto.

• Detailed Bridge Condition Surveys of Queen Street Bridge, Town of Newmarket (2019).

• City of Markham. The assignment is to undertake Detail Visual Inspection (DVI) and CCTV inspection of 359 structures under the Bridges and Culverts Inspection Program for 3 years (2019, 2020 and 2021). As part of the inspection program, a total of 110 structures will be inspected in 2019, 119 in 2020 and 130 in 2021. • RFP No. 9117-16-5001 -Hammer Sounding Inspections for The Frederick G. Gardiner Expressway Elevated Portion and ramps (433 spans). The assignment is to identify deteriorated and delaminated areas of F.G Gardiner Expressway (deck soffit, over hang, fascia, piers and pier cap beams) and identify the areas that needs chipping or shoring through a Hammer Sounding Inspection program during Spring 2017 and Fall 2017 (two (2) inspections), City of Toronto (2017).

• MTO 4016-E-0001 – Detailed bridge condition surveys on ten (10) bridges and five (5) retaining walls located on Hwy 417 in Ottawa (2017).

• MTO 3012-E-0001 (MEGA#4 total of 59 structures) (2013-2017)

• The assignment for year 2017 involved detailed bridge condition surveys and reporting for a total of four (4) bridges on Highway 403 in Townships of Burford and Brantford.

• The assignment for year 2016 involved detailed bridge condition surveys and reporting for a total of twelve (12) bridges on Highways 401 and 402 in Middlesex County.

• The assignment for year 2015 involved detailed bridge condition surveys and reporting for a total of eight (8) bridges on Highways 401 and 403 in Oxford County and Brant County.

• MTO 2016-E-0014 – Detailed bridge condition surveys on two (2) bridges and three (3) culverts located on Hwy 404 in Markham and Whitchurch-Stouffville (2017).
