HAL Group is a Vaughan-based structural engineering firm. We have surveyed and investigated structures for MTO, Metrolinx, the TTC, GTAA and the City of Toronto, working directly for owners and as a sub-consultant to firms including WSP, AECOM and Stantec.​

 

We do the fieldwork ourselves, overnight under live rail or on a lift beneath a century-old bridge, and turn it into clear recommendations: what needs attention now, what can wait, and what it will take to fix.

HAL has been approved under the Bridge Engineering - Condition Surveys and Biennial Inspections Specialty Categories in the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) Registry Appraisal and Qualification System (RAQS).
