WHAT TO FIX NOW, WHAT CAN WAIT, AND WHAT IT WILL COST
We turn condition data from OSIM inspections and detailed surveys into a ranked capital plan: repair priorities, timing windows and order-of-magnitude costs over 5–10 years, in a format owners can take to council or a capital committee.
