FEATURED PROJECT: 45 LIVINGSTON ROAD PARKING GARAGE, TORONTO

HAL investigated the underground parking garage, then designed the repairs: top-surface, soffit and through-slab repairs to the roof slab, a new expansion joint system, waterproofing of the foundation walls with new weeping tile and drains, and a rebuilt heated ramp, retaining wall and stairs. We issued the tender documents in December 2021 and supported the work through construction to close-out in 2024.
