HAL Group Inc., in partnership with Gannett Fleming, was awarded the Region of Peel's bridge, culvert and retaining wall inspection program under RFP No. 2024-200P, covering 436 structures across the region.

OSIM INSPECTIONS

All designated structures were inspected in accordance with the Ontario Structure Inspection Manual (OSIM) to establish their current condition.

DETAILED CONDITION ASSESSMENTS

Deficiencies were identified, evaluated and documented so that the Region could prioritize maintenance and rehabilitation.

BRIDGE MANAGEMENT DATA

​

Inspection results were loaded into the Region's bridge management application to support long-term, data-driven asset planning.
