HAL Group Inc. has completed detailed condition surveys of bridges, retaining walls and noise walls for the City of Toronto.

F. G. GARDINER EXPRESSWAY, HWY 427 TO HUMBER RIVER

Under the City’s 2021 program (RFP No. 2984378200), HAL carried out detailed condition surveys of seven (7) bridges and condition assessments of sixteen (16) retaining walls and noise walls along the F. G. Gardiner Expressway between Highway 427 and the Humber River.

BAYVIEW AVENUE BRIDGE OVER THE DON RIVER

HAL completed a detailed condition survey of the Bayview Avenue Bridge over the Don River (Structure ID 285), an eight-span twin structure with a total deck area of about 7,800 m².

NIGHT WORK ON A MAJOR EXPRESSWAY

Gardiner Expressway surveys were carried out at night under lane closures to keep traffic moving on one of Toronto’s busiest roads.
