HAL Group Inc. was retained by Stantec on behalf of the City of Oshawa to carry out a detailed condition survey of the outdoor pool tank at Rotary Pool in Oshawa, Ontario.

CONDITION SURVEY OF THE POOL TANK

HAL surveyed the concrete floor and walls of the drained pool tank to identify and map cracking, delamination and other deterioration.

The survey findings gave Stantec and the City the condition information needed to plan repairs to the pool.
