HAL Group Inc. was retained by Crosslinx Transit Solutions (CTS) to locate complex reinforcement and measure rebar cover using ground penetrating radar (GPR).

HAL scanned the concrete on a marked grid to map reinforcement layout and measure concrete cover, without breaking out any concrete.

The scans gave CTS a clear record of where the reinforcement was and how much cover it had, so the construction team could check the as-built work against the design.
